| Started getting nostalgic about my college days and thought I'd check out Xanga.
So what's new with me...
I work for responsemine.com doing advertising work for Staples.com. Work's going good.
Finally got rid of my legend. Rolling in a red Lexus IS300 now.
Saturday I'm moving into a studio in Buckhead right next to work. I can walk to work, take that Prius driving bitches! Living by myself. Probably going to get a puppy soon.
Life's just really good. I'm happy.

| I have the biggest craving in the world right now for some KALBI. I'm gonna go to H-Mart tomorrow and try to make some myself.
If I had to live on 3 foods for the rest of my life, it would be:
- Kalbi /w rice - Pho (Tai, Bo Vien) - Peking Duck /w rice
I'm back in the gym again. It's been such a long time and I feel kinda weak. I love the feeling of waking up and the muscles being sore, good stuff!
The New Year is here so that means it's time to start job hunting. My resume and cover letter are polished so I'm just gonna work on sending them out. Hopefully I can get a few job offers and start balling ~
My biggest pet peeve about New Year's resolution are the fat people. They all make the resolution they're losing to lose 10 pounds and quit within a week.
Taking a long break from alcohol since I'm in the gym again. Instead of alcohol it's gonna be protein shakes.
Taking a break from clubbing too. I've been going like every weekend for 2 months. Peace out Velvet Room!
Happy 2008! Set your goals and achieve them, don't be one of the loser fat ppl!
| I can't believe tomorrow's my last day of school.
I remember that I regretted a lot of things after I was done in high
school. I promised myself that I'd live my life at Georgia Tech so that
I'd leave the school without any regrets at all.
I think...I'm about to do just that.
| Abolish Minimum Wage
The new minimum wage up goes into effect today up to $5.85. In a few years it'll be up to $7'ish. First off, I think the idea of a minimum wage law it ridiculous. Wages should be decided upon by the employer and the employee. If the wage is too low, then naturally the person will just go to another job. Why does minimum wage suck? It doesn't make sense!
Guy makes $5.05 an hour at McDonalds...and is bumped up to $7.5 in a few years. Money doesn't grow on trees, the money has to come from somewhere and it increases the operating cost of McDonald's. To make up for having to pay its workers more, the costs of the food has to rise which increases INFLATION. Within time the $7.05 will be worth $5.05. Not to mention that to make up for having to pay workers more, they LAY OFF more workers so it's balanced. How is someone suppose to benefit from minimum wage without a job?
And for anyone that says I should try living on minimum wage so I can see it from that point of view, that's why I'm in college, so I don't have to live on minimum wage. I honestly think everyone is paid what they deserve to earn.
New Hamster
I bought
a new hamster a few days ago. It was kind of a spontaneous thing where
I started missing the hamster I had as a little kid. I went to Petsmart
and there were about 20 hamsters to choose from. I wanted a long haired
one because fuzzy hamsters are cuter, so that narrowed the choices down
to four. They were all in separate tanks and the guy lifted each of the
little igloo houses they were staying in. The first three were like
still asleep, but the last one got up and had a "What the fuck?!?"
expression on his face so I bought him. I named him dumpling cus that
was the first thing I thought about when I saw him.
He likes
to run on his little wheel a lot. At night I have to take out his cage
cus it's so annoying to listen to. Last night I didn't lock the cage
door in and he escaped. I found him later hiding in the corner of my
closet with a lot of hamster food. I guess he stuffed his cheeks full
of food before he made the escape -_-.
